Ingredients
- 1tbsp good quality olive oil
- 200g peeled shrimps
- 2 cubes Dorot’s Ginger
- 100ml white wine
- 35g butter
- 3 cubes Dorot’s Coriander
- sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- Add in the shrimps and cook for 1 min.
- Add the ginger cubes with the white wine, let simmer and reduce by half.
- Add the butter and the coriander cubes and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt & pepper.
