Ingredients
- 4 pcs chicken breast / thighs
- 4 cubes Dorot’s Parsley
- 4 cubes Dorot’s Garlic
- freshly squeezed lemon juice – from 1 lemon
- zest from 1 lemon
- 200ml white wine
- 50g butter
- plain flour
- sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Flour chicken gently, remove any remains.
- Season the chicken with salt & pepper and cook in hot skillet, let simmer
- Remove the chicken from the pan and add the garlic cubes, lemon juice, lemon zest and the white wine to the pan.
- Reduce to half.
- Add the butter and parsley cubes.
- Place the chicken back in the pan and cook until the sauce has thickened.
