Ingredients:
- 500g dry pasta (recommend: penne or fusilli)
- 200gr dry tomatoes in olive oil
- 6 cubes Dorot’s Pesto
- 1 cube Dorot’s Garlic
- 300g goat cheese
- sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Add the pesto cubes and the garlic and mix well.
- Set aside to cool.
- Add the dry tomatoes and the goat cheese and mix again.
- Season with pepper (and salt if needed)
